Shipping & Returns

Processing & shipping times
Orders placed on business days generally ship the same business day or the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the following business day. If an item is temporarily out of stock, it will ship within approximately three business days of being restocked.
Monthly plan shipments
If you’re on the monthly Lozenges plan, your first order ships right away and we re-ship a fresh supply every 30 days. Shipping is included on all subscription orders.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and would like to order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Risk of loss & insured shipping
Once your order is scanned into the carrier’s system, responsibility for the shipment passes to you (the buyer). We offer an insured shipping option at checkout; selecting it protects your order against loss or damage in transit and makes you eligible for an exchange in those cases.
Returns
Because our products are consumable health supplements, all sales are final and we do not accept returns for any reason.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only when insured shipping was selected at checkout and the product arrived damaged. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
