What is LathMized™ NAD+?

It’s NAD+ that has been stabilized through our proprietary LathMize™ process so it survives digestion and is absorbed through multiple pathways, delivering bioavailable NAD+ orally, without an IV infusion.

What’s the difference between the Powder and the Lozenges?

The Clinical Powder is an intensive, one-time 10-day protocol (1,500 mg/day) to rapidly raise your NAD+ baseline. The Lozenges are for daily maintenance, one 100 mg sublingual lozenge each morning, delivered monthly.

Do I need both?

Most people kickstart with the Powder protocol, then maintain with the monthly Lozenges. You can also start with either one on its own. The Lozenges are a great everyday entry point.

How do I take each one?

Powder: dissolve the daily dose in water and sip across the day, for 10 consecutive days. Lozenges: place one under your tongue each morning and let it dissolve.

How soon might I notice something?

This varies from person to person. In an investigational study, intracellular NAD+ rose measurably within five days. As a dietary supplement, it works best taken consistently alongside a healthy diet and regular activity.

How does the monthly plan work?

Your first month of Lozenges ships right away. We then re-ship a fresh supply every 30 days, with shipping always included.

Can I pause or cancel?

Yes, anytime. There are no contracts and no fees. Manage your plan from your account, or contact our team and we’ll take care of it.

How does pricing and billing work?

Pricing is shared directly by our team rather than listed publicly, just request access or call us. Once you’re set up, your first month is billed when you begin, then once every 30 days for each renewal until you pause or cancel.

Can I change my delivery date or quantity?

Yes. Just reach out to chloe@intramitocell.com and we’ll adjust your plan.

Shipping & returns

When will my order ship?

Orders placed on business days ship the same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the following business day. If an item is briefly out of stock, it ships within about three business days of restocking.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. For other regions, please contact us.

What’s your return policy?

Because these are consumable health products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. If you selected insured shipping when ordering, exchanges may be available for items damaged in transit. See our Shipping & Returns policy for full details.

Safety & quality

Is it safe?

LNAD+ is a dietary supplement manufactured in an FDA-registered, cGMP facility and independently third-party tested. As with any supplement, consult your healthcare provider before starting, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.

Is it third-party tested?

Yes. Every lot is independently tested by an accredited laboratory for identity, potency, and purity. A Certificate of Analysis is available on request.
